Ein Tag an dem man durch das ganze Opernhaus laufen kann. Alle Sääle, Backstage, die Bühnen etc., in jedem Saal gab es eine kleine "Beispiel-Aufführung"

The Grand Organ!

The Grand Organ is in the Concert Hall of the Opera House.

138 pipes of a total of 10 000(!) are visible… It's designed by Ronald Sharp, took 10 years to build and 2 years for the initial tuning!

(look how tiny the guy is who plays it)

Die Orgel ist im Konzert Saal der Oper.

Es sind 138 der insgesamt 10 000 (!) Orgelpfeifen sichtbar.

(man beachte die Proportion der Orgel zum Spieler…)

Die Orgel wurde von Ronald Sharp entworfen – es hat 10 JAHRE gedauert sie zu bauen und 2 JAHRE sie zu stimmen!!
